The building is located at the corner of Sukumvit Rd., and Soi ruamrudee where building set back is highly restricted. The land cost in particular is high therefore the building efficiency is the prime objective. The mass of the building was pushed to the extreme limit of the building regulation. Silver structural elements and curtain wall were visually separated by a darker recessed window slot in order not to waste any rentable space.
