Two zones,  Two masses, two materials;

The two zones, the master’s zone and daughters’ guest’s zones were linked by a glassy two story sitting area. The mass of masters’ was painted stucco while the other was expressed with wood siding.  Through this concept, privacy and cross ventilation for every room in the house was achieved within the tight site.
